Use Exports when you want a portable snapshot of your visibility data for spreadsheets, BI tools, or internal reporting workflows.
Available formats
CSV
Best for spreadsheet workflows and quick analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
JSON
Best for programmatic processing and custom integrations.
CSV modes
CSV export includes three modes:
- Summary - Aggregated time series for top brands
- Detailed - Prompt and model-level ranking rows
- Raw - Full ranked output per prompt and model
Recommended usage
Executive reporting. Use Summary mode for weekly and monthly stakeholder updates.
Analyst workflows. Use Detailed mode for slicing by prompt, model, and date.
Deep QA and auditing. Use Raw mode when you need full ranking context.
Troubleshooting
Exports timing out
If a large export times out:
- 1Reduce the date range
- 2Export during off-peak hours
- 3Retry with smaller batches
Missing expected rows
Validate:
- The selected date range
- Prompt filters
- Model filters
