All my AI models except one stopped mentioning my brand overnight. Is that a bug?

Usually not a bug: it's a sign that the models work differently from each other, and one of them just moved while the others didn't. Models that mostly answer from frozen training data only know about you if you showed up in sources before their training cutoff, while models that search the web live reflect whatever is being published about you right now. A real shift in one of those layers (a competitor's content push, a change in what's getting indexed) can show up on some engines and not others.
Check the per-engine breakdown rather than the overall score: if one engine genuinely shows 0 while the others are unchanged, confirm it isn't a one-day reporting gap (a failed run reads as 0 for that day) before treating it as a real mention drop. A single bad day on one engine that recovers on the next run is pipeline noise, not a real visibility loss.
