Why does my account show the free plan when I'm being billed for a paid plan?

This usually happens when a paid subscription exists in your billing system (Stripe) but your account profile hasn't synced or refreshed to reflect it. The billing is the source of truth: if you're being charged, you have an active paid subscription.
To resolve this:
- Check your Billing settings to confirm what plan shows there and what your next charge date is.
- Refresh your browser or log out and back in to force a profile sync.
- If the mismatch persists after a refresh, contact support with the charge date and amount, and the team can investigate the sync issue and ensure your account profile matches your subscription status.
In the meantime, you should have full access to your paid plan's features (e.g. 3 workflows/month on Growth, multiple brands, etc.) even if the profile display lags.
