how does the trial work, and will i be charged?

Trakkr offers a 14-day Growth trial with the full feature set turned on: citations, sentiment, Perception, reports, dashboards, and exports all run at full Growth parity. The trial requires a payment method to start. If you do not cancel before day 14, you are charged $100/month for Growth.
What to know before you start
- You get the complete Growth feature set during the trial, so you can judge it on real data, not a stripped-down version.
- Cancel any time before the trial ends from Settings → Billing and you will not be charged.
- One note: during the trial, AI Pages tracking is set up but does not start collecting crawler data until you convert. Everything else runs at full parity.
After the trial
If you convert, billing begins at $100/month (or the annual equivalent, about 17% cheaper). You can change plans or add capacity at any time. Scale customers can also start a separate 14-day Scale trial to test team and agency features on top of an existing Growth subscription, with a 3-day grace period after expiry so a missed renewal does not clamp your team mid-week.
