How does Trakkr calculate the conversions number shown after connecting GA4?

Trakkr doesn't redefine or recompute conversions. It reads whatever conversion events are already configured in your GA4 property (through the same read-only Analytics API access you grant during connection) and shows that number back to you.
If the conversions total looks off, the fix is in GA4 itself: check which events are marked as conversions under Admin > Events in Google Analytics, since that's the source of truth Trakkr is reading from.
