what can i do with trakkr's mcp server?

Updated June 30, 2026 · Reviewed by Mack Grenfell · Asked 54 times

The MCP server connects your Trakkr brand to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, or any MCP-aware AI assistant, so you can ask the assistant about your visibility data in plain language. It is available on every paid plan. The assistant can read most of your Trakkr data and trigger a few actions when you explicitly ask.

What a connected assistant can access

  • Brands, prompts, and visibility scores
  • Citations and competitors
  • Reports, crawler and action data, workflows, webhooks, and Reddit monitoring
  • Related account metadata

Some tools are read-only. Others can trigger jobs or change state when you ask, for example setting a brand's primary location (country, region, city) so competitor analysis is measured against the right market instead of defaulting toward global or US results.

Security

Hosted clients receive short-lived connector tokens, not a raw Trakkr API key. Trakkr stores redacted activity logs (tool names, timing, status, and safe argument summaries) for security and support, but not your full assistant conversation. You can revoke access any time from Settings → Developer or by removing the connector.

To set it up, open Integrations, pick the MCP Server, and connect your assistant.
