PDF export and share links for my report only work intermittently. Is that a known issue?

PDF report export depends on the report being fully completed at the moment you generate it, so intermittent failures are usually a timing issue: exporting right as a report is still finalizing, or while a regeneration is in progress, can fail even though the same report exports fine a few minutes later.
If it keeps failing well after the report shows as completed, that's no longer a timing issue and is worth reporting to support with the specific report and roughly when the export was attempted.
