Can I delete a brand, or add a duplicate brand with the same name while the original still exists?

You cannot create two brands with identical names in the same account. If you want to set up a new brand with a different prompt library, you'll need to either rename or delete the original brand first.
To delete a brand: go to your account Brand settings, select the brand you want to remove, and choose the delete option. This removes it from your account and frees up the name for reuse. Keep in mind that deleting a brand also removes all associated tracking data and brand settings.
If you want to keep the original brand but create a separate one with new prompts, simply rename the first brand to something distinct, then create your new brand with the original name.
