Why does adding an extra brand cost more than expected?

The extra brand add-on pricing depends on which plan you're on. If you're on an older legacy plan from before mid-2026, the per-brand add-on rate may differ from current pricing.
Current pricing for an extra brand add-on is $50/month per brand. If you're seeing a higher total than you calculated, it could be because:
- You're on a legacy plan with different base or add-on rates (which is normal for older customers).
- The total shown includes both your base plan and the add-on.
- There's a discrepancy in what was quoted vs. what's displaying at checkout.
The best way to resolve this is to check your Billing settings to see your exact current plan and per-brand costs, or contact support with a screenshot of the pricing you're seeing so the team can review your account and explain the breakdown.
