It connects through Trakkr's public REST API using your own API key, which means two things have to be true for it to work: your account needs to be on the Scale plan (API access is gated to that plan), and you need a valid key that starts with `sk_live_`.
If it's stuck loading rather than giving a clear error, check both of those first: confirm your plan includes API access, and confirm you generated a fresh API key rather than reusing an old or revoked one. The connector also rate-limits to 60 requests per minute, so a very large dashboard can feel slow rather than stuck.
