Why did my visibility score suddenly drop to 0?

A sudden drop to 0 almost always means the report for that day found no completed scan data, not that AI stopped mentioning you. Trakkr's visibility number comes from your most recent completed report; if a research run fails partway through (most often a transient outage at one of the underlying AI providers), that day has no usable score and reads as 0 instead of carrying over your last real number.
The next successful report run replaces it with a real score, so a single-day dip that bounces straight back is normal pipeline behavior. Check trakkr.ai/status for any logged incident around that date. If the drop persists for more than a day or two with no incident logged, that is worth flagging to support with the exact dates affected.
