How do I cancel a trial subscription before it converts to a paid charge?

You can cancel your trial anytime before the 14 days end to prevent it from converting to a paid subscription. Cancellation works as a soft cancel: you keep full access until the current trial period ends, then the account reverts to Free.
To cancel, go to your account settings and select Billing, then look for the cancellation option on your subscription. The trial will not charge your card as long as you cancel before day 14 ends.
If you've already been added to a Scale account through your company, you may want to confirm which subscription you're actively using so you cancel the right one. If you run into trouble finding the cancellation button or need account-specific help, reach out to support with your account email and they can help you sort it out.
