How do I cancel my subscription immediately, and can I get a refund for an unused billing cycle?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your Billing settings. Cancellation is a "cancel at period end" process, meaning you'll keep full access through the end of your current billing period, then the account reverts to Free. It doesn't cut off access immediately.
For a refund on the charge you received, there's no automated self-serve refund option. Since you haven't used the account and were just charged, contact the Trakkr support team with your charge details (date, amount, transaction ID if you have it). They can review your case manually and determine whether a refund is appropriate. In the meantime, you can cancel in Billing settings to prevent future charges.
