I signed up for a trial with my personal card and intended to cancel before the billing date, but wasn't charged until after. Can I get a refund since my colleague's company is already a customer?

Refunds are handled case by case by the Trakkr team, not automatically through the product. Since you were charged, the best next step is to contact support with your charge details so the team can review whether a refund is appropriate in your situation.
In the meantime, you can cancel your subscription immediately in Billing settings. This stops any future charges and keeps your access active through the end of your current billing period. If you change your mind, you can undo the cancellation before the period ends with no new charge.
Note: if your colleague's company already uses Trakkr and you need access as a team member, that's a separate setup (team invitations) rather than your own paid subscription, and support can help coordinate that too.
