How do I delete my account, and what should I do if cancellation gives me an error?

Deleting your account and canceling your subscription are two separate actions. If you want to stop charges and access, you need to cancel your subscription explicitly in Billing settings. That's a "cancel at period end" soft cancel, so you'll keep full access until your current billing period ends, then revert to Free.
If cancellation is throwing an error, that's a technical issue we need to help you with directly. Please contact support with details about the error message you're seeing, and the team can investigate your account.
If the email volume is the main concern, you may also want to check your notification preferences in Settings first, where you can often control which alerts you receive without canceling entirely.
