I canceled my subscription but was still charged. How do I stop the charges immediately?

Canceling your subscription sets it to end at the period's end, but the charge may have already processed if you were charged today. Your access continues until the period ends (you'll see the remaining days in your account).
To stop further charges immediately, contact support with your charge details and the date you canceled. The Trakkr team can review the charge manually and determine if a refund or adjustment is possible. Refunds are handled case by case, not automatically.
In the meantime, check your Billing settings to confirm your subscription shows as "Canceled" or "Cancel at period end." If it does not, your cancellation may not have gone through, and you can retry it or reach out to support for help.
