I deleted my account but my subscription is still charging. How do I stop the charges?

Deleting your account in the product does not automatically cancel your Stripe subscription, so charges will continue. You need to cancel your subscription separately in your Billing settings.
To stop charges:
- Go to **Billing** in your account settings
- Select **Cancel subscription** (this is a "cancel at period end" soft cancel, so you keep access through the end of your current billing period)
- Your account will revert to Free after that period ends
If you were charged after deleting your account and believe it was in error, cancel the subscription now to stop future charges, then contact support with your charge details so the team can review it manually.
