How do I downgrade from a paid plan back to the free plan?

Trakkr doesn't have a separate free plan you sign up for. To stop paying, go to your Billing settings and select 'Cancel' on your current subscription. This is a soft cancel, so you keep full access until the end of your current billing period, after which your paid features turn off and billing stops.
If you don't see a confirmation email after canceling, check your spam folder. To confirm your account status, contact support with your account email and they can verify the cancellation was processed correctly.
