I accidentally upgraded my plan and want to undo the charge and get a refund. Can that be done?

You can cancel your subscription to stop future charges. Canceling is a soft cancel, which means you'll keep full access through the end of your current billing period, then your account will revert to Free.
As for a refund on the charge you just made, there's no automated refund process in the product. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by the team via manual review. To request one, cancel your subscription first (in Billing settings) to stop any recurring charges, then contact support with details of the charge you believe was made in error. The team can review your situation and discuss options with you.
