I was charged for a subscription renewal and thought I only signed up for one month. I don't see how to cancel, and the FAQ didn't help.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it first. The good news is that canceling is easy and doesn't cut off your access right away: you'll keep full access through the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to Free.
To cancel, go to your account settings and find the Billing section, then select the option to cancel your subscription. You can undo a cancellation any time before your period ends if you change your mind, and no new charge will be applied.
If you were charged in error or have questions about a specific charge, please contact support with the charge details and date so the team can review it. There is no automatic refund button in the product, but the team can investigate manual refunds on a case-by-case basis.
