I signed up for the Growth plan and provided my credit card, but I can't access the Growth plan features. What's going on?

If you started a trial on the Growth plan, you have full access to all Growth plan features during the trial period. The credit card is just held on file and won't be charged until the trial ends. Check that your account actually shows "Growth" in your billing settings (not "Free"), and confirm you're looking at the right section of the product for the features you need.
If you're trying to use a Growth plan feature (like Workflows/Actions, which allows 3 per month on Growth) and hit a limit, you're seeing the expected restriction, and that's not a bug. If your billing settings show "Free" instead of "Growth," or if you can't find a specific feature, contact support with details about what you're trying to access and we can investigate your account directly.
