Why am I being prompted to upgrade when trying to access the Actions tab?

The Actions tab is available on all plans, but the ability to create workflows depends on your plan: Growth includes 3 workflows per month and Scale includes unlimited. An unpaid or trial account can't create workflows, so if you're seeing an upgrade prompt, it usually means you've reached your plan's workflow limit.
To create more workflows, upgrade to Growth ($100/month) or Scale ($500/month). If you think this is an error or want to review your current plan and usage, contact support with your account details.
