I signed up for a trial on the Growth plan but can't access Growth plan features. What's wrong?

During a 14-day trial you do get full access to your chosen plan's paid features (not just Free), with one exception: Workflows are capped at 1 active workflow during the trial regardless of plan, even though Growth normally includes 3/month. If you started a trial and still can't see Growth features, the most common causes are a sync delay right after checkout (give it a minute and refresh) or the trial not actually starting if you weren't eligible (checked under trial eligibility: must be on Free, never used a trial before, never been paid before, and not inheriting access from a team owner).
If a refresh doesn't fix it, check your Billing settings to confirm the plan shown there. If it still says Free after completing checkout, contact support with your account details so the team can check what happened.
