Click any prompt from the Prompts page to open its detail drawer. It shows how that question was phrased across models, your position when you were mentioned, and the sources behind the answer, so you can see the real evidence behind the number rather than just the score.
For a deeper one-off look at a single question (not your regular tracked set), the Diagnose feature runs that exact prompt against the live models on demand and writes up why the answer looks the way it does, with the model evidence behind the verdict.
