An Agent action suggested a fix that doesn't match what's actually on the page anymore. Why does that happen?

Agent's default fix-generation builds each suggestion from a snapshot of your brand's data taken at generation time, not from re-reading the live page every single time. The system is deliberately built to only describe things present in that snapshot rather than invent details, but if your page changed after the snapshot was taken, the wording can lag behind the live page until the next synthesis run.

If a suggestion looks stale, the fix is usually to wait for the next scheduled synthesis run (or trigger a refresh if your plan allows it) rather than treating it as a one-off bug. Trakkr is rolling out a mode that re-checks the live page before writing the fix text for some brands, which reduces this lag further.
