What comes with you
Prompt text
Import as written, including punctuation and line breaks inside CSV cells. Exact repeated rows are combined. Choose the prompts to include.
Topics and tags
Retain topic names as tags alongside your other labels, so you can filter and group your prompts. Review the labels before saving.
Competitors
During onboarding, paste competitor website domains to replace the suggested list, or keep the suggestions. In an existing brand, review competitors in brand settings.
Markets, languages and personas
Confirm these in Trakkr. A name or locale in another tool is not enough to reproduce all of its settings. Imports do not change your market or AI model configuration.
Historical results
Scores, rankings, answers and citations stay in your original export. Trakkr starts a fresh measurement history after activation.
Get the right export
Use a prompt-level export wherever possible. CSV, TSV and plain text are supported, up to 2 MB. For a chat export, choose a short date range to avoid downloading thousands of repeated responses.
CSV, spreadsheet or another tool
Export a CSV or TSV with one prompt per row, or paste a list. A Prompt column is enough. Topic and Tags columns are optional.
Profound
Open the prompts table, remove Group By, then use the download button to export CSV. Keep the Prompt, Topic and Tags columns. Performance columns can stay in the file; you will review what is ignored.
Peec AI
In Projects, open the three-dot menu, choose Export Chats, then Generate Export. Download the export and choose the column containing the original prompt. Repeated chat rows are combined; answers and scores are not imported.
Scrunch
Go to Configure → Exports → Prompts and download the CSV. Use the Prompts export, rather than an Explorer performance export. Key Topics and Tags can be kept as labels.
OtterlyAI
Open Prompts under Brand Report, then choose Export as CSV. Keep the Prompt and Tags columns. Country, citations and brand metrics are ignored; confirm your market in Trakkr.
Promptwatch
Export your prompt list and choose CSV in the export dialog. Select the column containing your original prompt and keep any topic or tag columns. Answers, query fan-outs and performance metrics are not part of your imported setup.
Semrush
Open AI Visibility → Prompt Tracking and your campaign’s Overview report. Use the export button at the top right and choose CSV (comma separated). In the import review, select the column containing your tracked prompts and keep any tags. Confirm your location and language in Trakkr.
Ahrefs Brand Radar
Open Tracked prompts in your saved Brand Radar report. Copy your own prompt text and paste one prompt per line here, or use a prompt list you already keep in a spreadsheet. If you use an AI Visibility report, filter Dataset to Tracked prompts to separate your list from Ahrefs’ discovery dataset. Add tags as a separate spreadsheet column to bring them too.
Other tools work too: export prompt text to CSV or paste the list, then map its columns. No account credentials or API keys are needed.
From export to your first results

Set up the brand
Enter the website you want to track. For agencies, create one brand per client so prompts and reporting stay separate.

Bring your list
Choose Use existing prompts in tracking setup. Upload or paste, map the columns, and review the exact text and labels. Your imported list replaces the suggested prompts only after you confirm.

Confirm the scope
Check competitors, market and language. New brand setup supports up to 50 imported prompts. Existing brands can stage up to 500 at a time; prompts above the active allowance remain off until you make room.

Start fresh tracking
Activate your brand through the normal trial or paid setup. Your first report is generated from the saved prompts. An earlier site preview is not an imported result.
Give the trial a fair test
Keep your current tool running while you evaluate. Use the same prompt wording, market and overlapping AI engines, then compare the answers, citations and workflows you would use every week. Different run times and sampling methods mean scores will not match exactly.
Include reporting effort and the total cost of all your brands in the decision. Keep a copy of your old exports before cancelling another service. You do not need to cancel anything to import a list.
