Reports
Historical research snapshots with visibility charts, model breakdowns, and export options.
- Browse historical research snapshots over time
- Use the visibility chart to spot long-term trends
- Expand individual reports for model and prompt breakdowns
- Export data in CSV or JSON for analysis
Every time you run research, Trakkr saves a snapshot. Reports is where you access this historical data, chart trends, and export for analysis.
The Reports page
Reports combines two main sections:
Visibility chart
A time-series chart showing your visibility score over time. Use the controls to adjust:
- Date range - 7d, 14d, 30d, 90d, all time, or custom
- Grouping - Daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly aggregation
- Status filter - Show all reports or filter by status
The chart reveals patterns: sudden drops after AI model updates, steady climbs from content campaigns, and seasonal effects.
Report list
Below the chart, expandable rows show each research snapshot:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date | When the research was run |
| Status | Completed, processing, or failed (with badge) |
| Visibility | Visibility score at that point in time |
| Model breakdown | Per-LLM scores (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) |
| Prompts | Number of prompts analyzed |
Expanding a report
Click any row to expand it in place. The detail panel shows:
- Visibility score and breakdown for that run
- Model performance across providers
- Competitor standings at that point in time
- Prompt-level results for all tracked prompts
- Citation sources from that research run
Use keyboard shortcuts to navigate quickly: arrow keys move between rows, Enter expands/collapses.
Keyboard navigation
Reports supports full keyboard navigation:
- Up/Down arrows move between report rows
- Enter expands or collapses the selected report
- Escape collapses an expanded report
This makes it fast to scan through multiple reports without reaching for the mouse.
Exporting data
From any report, you can export data in two formats:
- CSV - best for spreadsheet analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
- JSON - best for programmatic processing and custom integrations
For full export options including column selection and mode switching, see Exports. To set up a live-syncing Google Sheets connection, see Google Sheets.
Report frequency
How often reports are generated depends on your plan:
| Plan | Frequency |
|---|---|
| Free | Manual only |
| Growth | Weekly automatic + manual |
| Scale | Daily automatic + unlimited manual |
Scheduled reports run automatically. You'll find them waiting when you log in.
Using reports strategically
Track campaigns. Compare reports before and after major content pushes or product launches to measure AI visibility impact.
Spot regressions. The visibility chart makes it obvious when something changed - click the corresponding report to see which prompts or models shifted.
Client reporting. (For agencies) Use the export options to pull report data into client-facing decks and dashboards.
Historical context. Reports give you a point-in-time snapshot, so you can answer "what was my visibility on [date]?" without time-filtering your live data.
