What is white-label portal?
White-label portal allows agencies to rebrand Trakkr as their own product. Your clients log into a dedicated portal on your custom domain (e.g., ai.agencyname.com) with full branding control. They see only your agency's branding, never Trakkr's.
This isn't just white-labeled shared report links. This is a full client portal where agency clients have accounts, log in, and see their data - all under your brand.
Why white-label?
Build client trust
When clients log into ai.youragency.com instead of a third-party tool, it reinforces that you're the expert. Your branding, your domain, your methodology - they see you as the source of truth, not a tool reseller.
Create differentiation
Most agencies use the same handful of SEO and analytics tools. A branded AI visibility portal becomes part of your unique service offering - something competitors can't easily replicate.
Simplify client experience
Clients don't need another tool login to remember. They get one clean dashboard, curated to show exactly what matters for their brand, without the complexity of a full analytics platform.
Generate recurring value
A client portal creates ongoing touchpoints. Clients log in to check their visibility, see your methodology, and engage with your work - keeping your agency top of mind between meetings.
White-label vs shared reports
| Feature | Shared Report Links | White-Label Portal |
|---|---|---|
| Client experience | One-off link to view | Full account with login |
| Branding | Optional logo removal | Complete rebrand (domain, logo, colors, emails) |
| Access control | Anyone with link | Authenticated accounts with permissions |
| Client engagement | View once | Ongoing logins with activity tracking |
| Multiple brands | Separate links per brand | Brand switcher in one portal |
| Client health | No visibility | Health scores and engagement metrics |
| Custom content | None | Welcome messages, methodology, help links |

Pricing
White-label is billed per brand with active client access:
$49/month per brand (or $41/month billed annually)
This is charged for each brand that has at least one active client login. When you invite your first client to a brand, white-label billing activates for that brand. If you revoke all client access to a brand, billing stops.
Example costs:
- 3 brands with client access: $147/month
- 5 brands with client access: $245/month
- 10 brands with client access: $490/month
Requirements
Before you can set up white-label:
- Scale plan or higher subscription
- A domain you control (for the portal subdomain)
- DNS access to add CNAME records
- Email domain for branded emails (optional but recommended)
Domain ownership: You'll need to add a CNAME record to your DNS, so you must have admin access to your domain's DNS settings.
Email domain: To send emails from your domain (instead of Trakkr's), you'll need to add SPF and DKIM DNS records. This is optional but strongly recommended for a fully branded experience.
Getting started
Setting up white-label takes about 15-30 minutes:
Step 1: Set up your domain
Navigate to Settings → White-Label and configure your custom domain. You'll add a CNAME record pointing to Trakkr's infrastructure.
Step 2: Configure branding
Upload your logo, set your accent color, customize the login page, and configure your footer links.
Step 3: Set up email branding (optional)
Configure your email domain so client emails come from [email protected] instead of Trakkr.
Step 4: Configure features and permissions
Choose which features clients can see and what actions they can take.
Step 5: Invite your first client
Add client email addresses and assign them to specific brands. They'll receive a branded invite email.
Common questions
Can I use my main domain (e.g., agencyname.com)?
We recommend using a subdomain like ai.agencyname.com or portal.agencyname.com. Using your root domain could conflict with your existing website.
What happens if my domain verification fails?
Domain verification typically completes within minutes, but DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. See our troubleshooting guide for common issues.
Can I have different branding for different clients?
Currently, all clients see the same portal branding. You can assign different brands to different clients, but the portal look and feel is consistent across all clients.
Do clients know it's powered by Trakkr?
By default, "Powered by Trakkr" is hidden. Clients see only your branding unless you choose to show the attribution.
Can clients edit anything?
No. Client access is read-only. They can view dashboards, export reports (if you allow it), but cannot edit prompts, competitors, or settings. All configuration is done in your main Trakkr account.
